Get batch job results (paginated)

GET
/v1/batch-verify/{id}/results
Returns the verification results for a completed job, paginated via the per_page + next query parameters. Row verdicts are post-org-override: statuses the org's floss settings are configured to ignore are rewritten to passed/valid before storage, so they may differ from GET /v1/verify for the same address — see the v1 contract ("Live vs batch verdicts").
