Delete a webhook subscription

DELETE
/v1/webhooks/{id}
Permanently removes a webhook subscription — deliveries stop immediately. Returns 200 with { id, deleted: true }. An id that does not exist or belongs to another org → 404 not_found (so a repeated DELETE is a safe 404). To pause without deleting, PATCH active: false instead.
